Broken Promises
dear Counseelor
I left of boyfriend of two years, he broke promises and I don't trust him,
now he wants me back, he says that he has changed, what should I do.

Dear Amy,
You know, the first thing I would say to you is listen deeply to your own heart. Not to your mind, not to what you want or what you think you want, not to those emotions that come and go.
Your heart is a deeper place that you only reach when you take the time and the space to become still. You will know it because its message does not change.
Take the time to find out what your heart has to say and see if the heart wants to be with him.
If the answer is No, follow it. Let him go.
If the answer is Yes, I suggest you be a Queen, act like a Queen.
Last time you felt hurt. Now let him know that if he wants your love he has to win you. He has to let you know that he is worthy of you.
Take your time. See if he has what it takes to win your love.
He does not do it by telling you that he wants you but by showing you his inner strength, his love, his willingness to wait till you are ready.
And even this, what I have just said, listen to your heart and see if it is true for you.
