Sudeva T Hawkes:
Hallo Sam
You don't give me a lot to go on, which is probably because you are so upset at the moment. The best thing I can say to you is - Take a Deep Breath. And I mean that literally. Sit down comfortably and take a breath that reaches right down into your belly. And then another one.
You say you don't know where your girlfriend is, so right now all you can do is settle yourself, coming into your own centre. My suggestion is don't rush around trying to find her.
What most women is look for in their man is his ability to stay in his own integrity in the face of her emotions, to support her but not to become lost in her whirlwind.
Who knows if she may want to come back to you? I don't and you don't. She may know. What is sure is that if she does want to, she doesn't want to come back to a state of trouble and upset. Stay calm and be ready to receive her graciously if she does return.
If she does not want to come back, keep on breathing. When you are truly breathing deeply you'll tend to feel more calm.
And let me know a little more of your situation so that I can be more specific.
Best wishes,
Sudeva
